1. Read and Inspect: Review the Teaifa instructions for the exact unit before first use. Confirm that the housing, contact surface, attachment, cable and battery area are clean, dry and undamaged. Do not operate a device that is cracked, swollen, loose or behaving unusually.

2. Prepare the Device and Area: Charge the mirror, disconnect the cable and place it on a clean, stable, level surface. Open the support and choose an angle that does not require bending your neck forward.

3. Start Gently: Select the lowest available heat, vibration, light, suction or speed that applies to this model. Test the feel briefly before moving into the full routine; more intensity is not automatically more effective.

4. Use Controlled Technique: Tap the touch control to turn the LEDs on and cycle through the available light colors. Use a long press to adjust brightness to a comfortable level.

5. Adapt the Routine: Compare foundation, contour or grooming under more than one color setting, especially before moving from indoor lighting to daylight or evening light.
