Description

The Teaifa 177-Curling Styler is a wide-format ceramic tool made for soft bends, relaxed waves and lifted roots. Rather than creating a tight spiral, its broad styling shape helps form open movement and a smooth, polished finish—ideal for everyday volume, face-framing curves and modern loose-wave looks.

Key Features:

Wide Styling Surface: The broad heated profile shapes a larger area of hair at once, helping create open waves and softly rounded ends instead of a narrow ringlet.

Tourmaline-Ceramic Heating: A smooth ceramic contact surface supports even warmth and controlled movement through each prepared section.

Fifteen Adjustable Levels: Multiple temperature choices let you start low for finer hair and adjust gradually for thicker or more resistant textures.

Curl-and-Smooth Styling: Use the tool to encourage loose movement, root lift or a smoother bend depending on the angle, section size and finishing technique.

Natural-Looking Movement: Alternating the direction of each section helps prevent the waves from merging into one uniform shape and creates a softer result.

Best for dry hair when your goal is high-crown volume, loose waves, a turned-under finish or polished movement rather than a tightly wound curl.

Bring more intention to every section: prepare the hair carefully, use the lowest effective heat and let the finished shape cool before you touch it. With the right technique, the Teaifa 177-Curling Styler can move easily from a quick everyday refresh to a more polished, event-ready finish.

How to use

1. Prepare Your Hair: Begin with clean, fully dry and completely detangled hair. Apply a heat-protectant product evenly, allow it to dry, and avoid heavy oils or wet styling sprays immediately before heat.

2. Divide Into Sections: Separate the hair into manageable layers with clips. Keep each working section small enough to move freely through the styling area; overloaded sections heat unevenly and are more likely to snag.

3. Set Up the Tool: Place the styler on a heat-resistant mat, connect the supplied regional plug and choose the lowest effective temperature. Let the heated surface reach a stable temperature before styling.

4. Position and Style: Take a manageable section and position it around or within the heated styling area according to the tool’s shape. Keep a safe distance from the scalp and hold briefly without crushing the hair.

5. Customize the Finish: Direct front sections away from the face for an open look, lift at the roots for volume, or turn the tool inward through the ends for a rounded finish. Alternate directions for softer movement.

6. Release and Cool: Release gently without pulling the new bend straight. Support the section for a moment and allow it to cool completely before combing or loosening it.

7. Finish Safely: When every section is complete, switch the tool off, unplug it or confirm that the cordless power is off, and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Do not leave it unattended, and do not pack or store it until every heated area is completely cool.

For the best-looking result, use consistent section sizes and avoid repeating heat unnecessarily. A light finishing product may be applied only after the hair has cooled and the powered tool has been moved away from aerosol spray.

Care

1. Cool Completely: Turn the tool off after every use, unplug it when applicable and place it on a stable heat-resistant surface. Wait until all heated and moving parts are completely cold before cleaning, handling attachments or storing.

2. Clean the Styling Area: Wipe the wide ceramic styling surface, edges and handle with a soft, slightly damp lint-free cloth. Use a dry soft brush or cotton swab for hard-to-reach edges, then make sure the tool is fully dry before the next use.

3. Remove Product Buildup: Clean away heat protectant and finishing-product residue regularly so it is not reheated. Do not use abrasive pads, metal tools, bleach, alcohol-heavy solvents or cleaner sprayed directly onto the appliance.

4. Protect the Power System: Never pull a plug by the cord, wrap a cord tightly around the body or bend it sharply at the handle. For rechargeable tools, keep the port clean and use only a compatible charging setup. Stop using the tool if the cord, plug, battery housing or controls appear damaged.

5. Store It Properly: Keep the completely cooled tool in a clean, dry and ventilated place away from sinks, humidity, direct sunlight, children and pets. Protect ceramic coatings and attachments from pressure, scratches and impact.

Consistent cleaning and careful storage help the styling surfaces move smoothly and keep the tool ready for the next routine. Never rinse or immerse an electrical styling tool, and never use a heated tool on wet or damp hair unless the exact manufacturer instructions for your received unit explicitly permit it.
